Lauren Anastasi is a Registered Psychotherapist who provides in-person, phone, virtual and walk & talk psychotherapy here at the Hamilton Therapy Collective. She works with adults of all ages looking for support with anxiety, depression, stress, life skills, self-care, insomnia, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, perinatal mental health and menopause mental health.

She holds an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and has taught mindfulness and yoga in community settings for many years.

Lauren is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and has Menopause Mental Health Certification.
